I cherish the realness of families and kids and preserving these moments is incredibly important. I used to be extra critical of myself and my work, but as I look back on these family sessions that I’ve had the honor of capturing over the years I realize what a gift and treasure they truly are - a snapshot in time of things that matter most. So, I am reopening my books to family sessions July thru September (potentially into October) of 2024.

I cannot thank or recommend Kristen enough! We had a major snowstorm before our shoot that almost made it impossible. Kristen literally hiked 1/2 mile through a foot of snow on our unplowed street to make it happen. She has an adventurous spirit, a warm presence, and is the right combination of professional and casual. She makes everyone feel comfortable and is great with kids. I love the natural and bright aesthetic, lighting, and colors of our pictures and I know we will cherish them forever!

The Session
Kristen’s family sessions are the perfect balance of those perfectly posed images and some spontaneity for a fun-loving experience for all those involved. Images are delivered approximately 4 weeks after the session via online gallery followed by a USB delivery.

Kristen did an amazing shoot of our whole family: the 2 grandparents, their 5 married children, and all 18 grandkids (ages 6 and under).
